Types of Prepositions
Prepositions indicate direction, time, location, and spatial (пространственный) relationships, as well as other abstract types of relationships.
Direction: Look to the left and you’ll see our destination.- Посмотрите налево и вы увидите нашу цель.
Time: We’ve been working since this morning.- Мы работаем с сегодняшнего утра.
Location: We saw a movie at the theater.– Мы смотрели фильм в кинотеатре.
Space: The dog hid under the table.- Собака спряталась под столом.
