On August 24th and 25th, 2019 the oldest park in Moscow, Sokolniki, will become the venue for RetroFest
It is a long-awaited (долгожданный) and festive occasion for all vintage and antiques lovers! On the Great Circle you’ll see a large exhibition of more than 300 collectible (коллекционный) cars and motorcycles. In the marquees (шатры. палатки) there will be a retro-market, where a lot of exciting stuff will be on sale, from vintage trinkets (безделушки) and souvenirs to spare parts (запасные части) for classic cars. Various jazz, twist and rock’n’roll bands are expected to perform on stage. Dance performances and exciting contests are also planned for guests and visitors of all ages. The highlight of the festival will be a retro parade of vintage cars, accompanied by a march of actors in disguise and in fancy dress, accompanied by brass bands.
