Take Personal Calls in a Private Place
Hearing someone talk loudly on a cell phone, especially about personal business is distracting to coworkers trying to do their jobs. It’s best to go to an empty conference room or other private location to make a personal call. Look for a spot (место) where no one can overhear your conversation, even if what you are discussing isn’t personal. Your coworkers may not be on break, and your chatter (болтовня) could interrupt their workflow (рабочий процесс).
