Ways to Save Yourself From Burning out
Disconnect every day. The perils (риски) of our “always-on” culture are well-documented (хорошо известный). Finding windows of time to disconnect every day and recover reduces stress and enhances engagement.
Finding recovery time may mean meditation or exercise. Or it can be as simple as turning off your phone and doing something you like to do. While you might be usually like, ‘Oh, I’m just going to look at my emails while I’m watching television,’ don’t do that; actually disconnect. You might not be able to take a week or a couple days off, but you might be able to take a couple hours and take the time where you can and make it meaningful (значимый).
