Apply to ISSP’s 2019 Open Call
The International Summer School of Photography (ISSP) is searching for emerging (перспективный) artists to join a week of networking, workshops and creativity in the heart of rural Latvia.
Now in its 13th year, the 2019 edition will focus on “Photography and the World”. Photographers will work alongside activists, writers, scientists and anthropologists in six workshops, looking at photography as a tool for change. The programme will also include a pop-up (всплывающий) exhibition, talks, and portfolio reviews.
Some 72 spaces are up for grabs at the event, which runs from July 12 – 20, 2019. Participants from across the globe will be chosen based on their portfolios, which should reflect (отражать) this year’s theme.
