“Must Not” for Prohibition
You can prohibit an action or make a rule against something with “must not”. Here are some examples:
Example: You must not use a cell phone.- Вы не должны использовать мобильный телефон.
Example: You must not write with pencil.- Вы не должны писать карандашом.
