Not Everyone Will Be Taken into the Future
Born in the USSR and currently based in the United States, the two artists Ilya and Emilia Kabakov are considered among the most significant (значимый) international artists of the 20th century. Their exhibition in Moscow, named after one of their most remarkable (знаменитый) projects “Not Everyone Will Be Taken into the Future”, consists of an installation of a train receding into the distance. Beside the main installation, the exhibition will include over 100 artworks in various (разный) forms – paintings, graphic pieces, albums, miniature models and large-scale installations.
