Present Continuous Tense. Use #3: An Irritating Situation with “always”
If you use the present
continuous with words such as “always” or “constantly”, it expressed the idea
that something irritating often happens.
Example:
He is always forgetting his
keys.- Он всегда забывает свои ключи.
Example: They are constantly complaining.- Они постоянно
жалуются.
