Savannah Fortis is a photographer and writer currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Besides documenting the country’s folk musicians, she’s working on a long-term project based on her travels by bus entitled A Country in Transit.

Instagram account encapsulates the mundane and beautiful details of everyday
life. Fortis also features images from past projects,
including The Russians, dedicated to the lives of eastern European communities
in Los Angeles.
